PAY PAL PAYMENTS ARE NOW REPORTABLE TO THE IRS BY PAY PAL ONCE TOTALS RECEIVED EXCEEDS $599 AND A TAX REPORT 1099 FORM MUST BE FILED.  Our goal as showholders is to keep our shows financially healthy (especially if a show has a charitable donation as its goal).  This is an "open seating" event. You may be asked to shift and move tables as the show hall is set up at 8:00am to accommodate as many showers as possible. Show management appreciates any help you can offer in setting up a show hall floor plan that works well for everybody. The area around your shower table must be left clean, neat and free of debris at the end of the show. Aisles and space between tables should be kept clear so that all entrants have easy access in and out of table areas as they carry models to and from the judging area.

*Please include a hard-copy printout of e-mail entry information when sending payment. You MUST actually sign the liability waiver not just "e-sign".

*Entries received with incorrect amount or balance due will be held until fees are paid in full on show date.

*Entries postmarked on November 17, 2023 and/or received via US Mail or e-mail after November 17, 2023, must be paid at the Late Entry Fee amount.

*REFUND POLICY: Full refund can be made efor requests received by 8:00PM on October 18, 2023.      50% refund can be made for requests received by 8:00PM on December 1, 2023. No further refunds can be made after that time.

*Late entrants should have no problem getting the table space they desire, however, if we run short on table space, those who entered last will be the first to be asked to share table space.

IMPORTANT: A signed release from each entrant (or parent or guardian if you are under 18) is required, so follow up all e-mail entries with a printed copy, please! You may also bring your signed release with you and submit it at registration, but you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO SHOW or UNLOAD MODELS INTO THE SHOWHALL WITHOUT THE SIGNED RELEASE ON FILE.

STANDARD RELEASE – MUST BE SIGNED SEPARATELY OF COVID RELEASE BELOW:

I hereby release the event coordinators, judges, helpers for WACCO PLUS (Workmanship And Collectibility classes Only) model horse show, and all employees or volunteers of the San Martin Lions Club, as well as the facility management and catering management, of any liability for any personal injury, property damage or loss that may occur during the course of this one-day event. I further understand that all judges\\' decisions are final, and I agree not to hold any judge or member of the event staff liable for any decision or judgment that is made in the course of the event. I have read and understood the rules of the WACCO (aka WACCO PLUS) Model Horse show and agree to abide by these rules. I understand that if these rules are violated, I may be asked to leave the class or event at any time with no refund of fees.

THE SHOWHOLDER(S) OF THE EVENTS BEING HELD IN THE LIONS CLUB BUILDING LOCATED IN SAN MARTIN (SANTA CLARA COUNTY) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LIABILITY IN ANY CASES OF COVID-19 AS A RESULT OF THE EVENT(S). YOU WILL BE ASKED TO BRING YOUR OWN MASK(S), AND PERSONAL HAND SANITIZER. PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL PROTOCOLS WHILE SHARING IN THE USUAL POT-LUCK LUNCH.  AT THE END OF THE DAY, PLEASE WIPE YOUR TABLE AND CHAIRS DOWN WITH CLEANER AT THE END OF THE DAY ON SATURDAY, AND WIPE THE TABLE AND CHAIRS DOWN  WHILE REPLACING THEM INTO THEIR STORAGE AREAS ON SUNDAY.  THE SHOWHOLDERS WILL HAVE TO WIPE DOWN THE ENTIRE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING SURFACES USED, AND WILL APPRECIATE YOUR HELP  AT THE END OF THE WEEKEND’S ACTIVITIES.
